Dear Colleagues,

We invite you International Biodiversity and Genetic Resources Congress which is organized by International Researchers Association, Trakya University, Institute of Plant Genetic Resources – Sadovo. The congress will be held in Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa, Antalya, Turkey, on December 3-6, 2026 with the support of several national and international partners; TAGEM, ICARDA, ECPGR, EUCARPIA, etc...

The Congress topics will cover on Biodiversity and Genetic Resources: Utilization, Collection, Taxonomy, Characterization, Conservation, Management, Sustainable use, Genetics, Pre-breeding, Biotechnology and Evaluation for life science, agriculture and food as well as including landraces, cultivated plant and animal species, their wild relatives, and economically important wild species.

The Congress is intended that the subjects to be kept broad in order to provide opportunity to the science and research community to present their recent achievements as oral or poster presentations. The Congress language is English.

As there have been many different scientific meetings around the world, we aimed to bring three different communities together, namely science, research and private and relevant investment groups considering practical information sharing that will be of value for breeders, seed enterprises, researchers and scientists, stakeholders to provide a view on the current situation around the world as well as prospects to overcome the limitation for sustainable plant production in a friendly environment of Antalya, Turkey to share their knowledge and experience and benefit from each other.

Abstract submission and early registration deadline is 30 September, 2026.
